Guide, motivate, and develop your team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals (team includes: leads and runners, across hot and cold food prep areas).

Drive Production Excellence : Ensure meals are prepped, portioned, and assembled to gold standard specifications (FIFO, allergen control, HACCP compliance, quality checks with scales and sample plates)

Drive process enhancements, safety initiatives, and compliance with industry regulations (HACCP, OSHA, USDA, etc.).

Optimize Operations : Manage schedules, labor productivity, and costs, ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Inspire Teamwork : Host daily team meetings to foster collaboration and keep everyone aligned with performance and safety goals.

Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with fellow supervisors, production leads, and warehouse teams (pick, pack, ship) to ensure seamless operations.

Proven Leadership Experience: 2+ years as a supervisor in food production, manufacturing, distribution, or meal prep facilities.

Hands-On Management Style: Comfortable being on the floor, directly engaging with staff, and resolving issues in real time.

Skilled in scheduling, inventory management, labor planning, and production flow.

Experience in airline catering, meal kit production, or large-scale food operations strongly preferred.

Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with HACCP, OSHA, USDA, FDA, and allergen control protocols.
