Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Melrose MA.
Work Schedule: Your planned work schedule will be an 8 hour shift Monday Friday, scheduled hours vary between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and rotating Saturdays. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed.
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 or more months phlebotomy experience
1 or more years phlebotomy experience

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data
Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
