Speech Language Pathologist

Provides specialized speech, language, and dysphagia therapy services to adult and pediatric patients. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Design, implement, and revise individualized care plans and therapy goals.

Administer treatments for speech, language, and dysphagia, including bedside swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluations.

Document clinical findings and progress reports accurately as per regulatory standards.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Participate in staff meetings, education programs, and community outreach activities.

Hold a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Possess a valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license.

Have at least 2 years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience.
