Restaurant Server- Sports Bar

We are looking for a versatile and passionate Bartender and Servers to join our team in a crossover role at MVPs Bar & Grill. This flexible position allows you to work as both a bartender and Server , providing top-notch service behind the bar or on the floor, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver outstanding hospitality, and contribute to an energetic and team-oriented workplace.
Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
Take food and drink orders, accurately input them into the system, and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas, following health and safety regulations.
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and responsibly.
Support community initiatives and events, reflecting our commitment to community-driven sports passion.
Uphold MVPs Bar & Grill’s core values in all aspects of your role.

Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and general food service.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game nights as needed.
Passion for sports and community engagement is a plus.
