Head of Finance - Planning and Analysis

Acting as the strategic FP&A lead for Product & Engineering and Customer Support teams, the full-time remote Strategic Finance Manager will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and capacity planning while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer retention initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
Architect Customer Support Capacity Planning by building and maintaining a robust capacity model in partnership with leadership
Serve as the FP&A Lead for Customer Support and IT, leading forecasting and budget analysis to support organizational decision-making
Champion Customer Experience Performance Metrics by owning the analytical narrative around SaaS retention and core metrics to drive operational efficiency
5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment
Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting and variance analysis
Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis and complex query writing
Demonstrated ability to communicate analysis clearly and effectively to leadership
High bias to action with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and building trust with stakeholders
