Entry Level Recruiter - PAID WEEKLY [Remote]

Remote Recruiter (Full-Time / Part-Time – 100% Remote)

Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50–$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000–$3,000+/week)

As a Remote Recruiter, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn based on performance, and grow with a company that promotes from within. Note: a few weekends each month may be required.)

We're looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You'll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop.

Whether you're experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we'll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.

Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates

Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!)

Weekly Pay

• Training: $15/hr → $17.50–$20/hr once fully onboarded
• Bonuses: $1,000–$3,000+ weekly potential (based on performance)
