Key Responsibilities

Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers.
