Starting rate $19.00 per hour.What You'll DoPrepare espresso beverages, coffee, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks with consistency and care.Welcome every guest with authentic hospitality and a positive attitude.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café throughout your shift.Recommend menu items, pastries, grab-and-go selections, and retail products.Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.Help with opening, closing, inventory, stocking, and daily cleaning responsibilities.What You BringAt least 1 year of barista or café experience preferred.Experience operating commercial espresso equipment is a plus.Outstanding customer service and communication skills.Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Comfortable working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.Complimentary team member meals during your shift.Resort and hotel travel discounts.Opportunities for growth within CoralTree Hospitality.Be part of a team that believes hospitality starts with taking care of each other.
