Associate Attorney (Full-Time Remote position)

Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in hearings and trials, and providing legal advice. Responsibilities also include collaborating with clients, maintaining case files, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal protocols. The role demands managing multiple cases effectively while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings
Experience in litigation and courtroom representation
Client management, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of Minnesota
Experience in Family Law, Civil Litigation, or Employment Law is preferred
