Nurse (Community Health/Public Health)

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation seeks a Public Health Nurse (PHN) to deliver comprehensive nursing services across communities, schools, and homes, guided by evidence-based practice. The PHN will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to prevent disease outbreaks and support maternal/child health, prenatal to geriatric care.
Responsibilities include home visits, immunization updates, and program planning under the PHN Director, with emphasis on quality patient care, community health
