At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Client Service Coordinators are imperative to the success of our hospital. You will ensure that each client receives the care and attention that they need. Position: Client Service Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionist)Work Schedule: Full-timePay: $18.00 -$27.00/hr. As a Veterinary Receptionist:You will greet and make friendly eye contact every time our hospital entry door opens to offer individuals a warm and professional acknowledgment.You speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the telephone in a way that clients easily understand.You will assess immediately upon arrival each client's rare need, as well as the pet's general condition.You will offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.You serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains by ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.Customer service experience in veterinary medicine preferred.We offer Trupanion pet insurance and discounts to our associates for pet treatments, procedures, and food.As a member of Mars Veterinary Health, our associates have endless opportunities to advance in his/her career.In order to transform and lead the industry through innovative quality medicine and care, we understand the importance of continuous learning.
