Expense Reimbursement Analyst

Review employee expense reimbursement requests for accuracy, completeness, and travel policy compliance; Provide responsive T&E support by communicating clearly and professionally on policy-related questions. Perform AMEX corporate airfare reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies as needed. Facilitate cost transfers in the financial system as needed, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and timely. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; four years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Accurate data entry, reporting, and general math proficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience with SAP Software would be beneficial.
