Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,050 - $2,150
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Shift Duration: 10 hours
Schedule: 4 rotating 10-hour shifts per week
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month, 12-hour call coverage
On-Call Requirement: 1 night call per week
Floating: May float to other surgical services units as needed

EMR: EPIC

Active New Mexico RN license or current Compact state RN license
At least 1 year of recent RN experience preferred, with PACU, perioperative, surgical services, or recovery room experience strongly valued
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to post-anesthesia patients in the PACU
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and discharge planning
Document care accurately and maintain strong communication with the surgical, anesthesia, and recovery teams
Complete point-of-care testing and follow established clinical standards
Support a respectful, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes and patient safety
