Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time

Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | AM, PM & NOC Shifts Available

McClure Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis . AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available , providing flexibility for candidates seeking a schedule that best fits their availability.

As an LVN, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality nursing care, supporting resident well-being, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately

Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members

Support infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license

Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Commitment to providing exceptional resident care

Competitive pay: $35-$40 per hour
