Human Resources Hospitality Recruiter

The Staffing Support position is to assist the Hospitality Staffing Manager to ensure excellent customer service for our company's biggest clients in the hospitality field.

Select well‑matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service; resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction; additional opportunities through contact with temporary professionals on assignment and client companies to grow our business and uncover job opportunities for our candidates.

Candidate recruitment and retention: Assist with recruiting team members and new hire paperwork, completing new hire checklists, reviewing documents for accuracy, data entry of new hire packets into databases, performing background checks, drug tests, phone screening applicants and conducting initial interviews with potential candidates.

HR responsibilities: Interview for harassment, discrimination, team member work injury reports, HR issues and provide information to management; site visits, team member meals, parties, site‑specific recruiting, interviews, client meetings, and training.

Attend hiring events and job fairs.

College education or work experience in a relevant business field.

Proficient in Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Calendar.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Greet guests/employees in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner and exhibit excellent phone skills.

Ability to manage the recruiting and scheduling process for a labor pool of up to 200 employees.

Extreme attention to detail, strong analytical skills, highly organized, and focused on work quality.

Prior experience working for a human resource administration or recruiting firm is a plus.

Must be able to work weekends, holidays, early hours, and overnight shifts based on events.
