FULLY REMOTE Cost Estimator

Cost Accountant (Remote, must be Tampa-based) A fast-growing company is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team. This is a remote role for candidates based in the Tampa, FL area.
Supporting inventory and cost-related month-end and quarter-end close, including subledger-to-GL reconciliation, and identification and application of inventory adjustments
Preparing GAAP-compliant journal entries and audit documentation
Keeping inventory records accurate and reconciled across multiple tracking platforms
Helping build out stronger inventory controls and reporting processes
A strong foundation in cost accounting and inventory accounting, including how inventory moves from WIP to finished goods
- Acquisition integration experience strongly preferred
- 2–5++ years of relevant accounting/finance experience (a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus)
- Process-improvement mindset and proven history of implementing process improvements
- Excel proficiency with formulas
