Technical Recruitment Sourcer

E2B is a fast-growing Series A startup with 8-figure revenue. Our customers include companies like Microsoft, Perplexity, Hugging Face, Manus, and Groq. We're building the next hyperscaler for AI agents.

This is a foundational role where you'll shape our hiring philosophy, recruiting processes, and talent brand as we scale.

As our first talent hire, you'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify hiring needs, source and close exceptional candidates, and build recruiting systems that scale with the company. You'll own hiring across San Francisco and Prague, and build the recruiting team to support growth goals. You'll help establish E2B as a destination for top engineers, builders, and operators in the developer and AI ecosystem, while ensuring every hire raises the bar.

Experience: At least 8+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or DevTool / AI companies. Experience hiring technical talent (especially engineers) is essential.

You enjoy building processes where none exist and iterating quickly.

Technical recruiting expertise: You understand developer profiles, technical hiring signals, and how to engage top technical talent.

You can run the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing strategy and outreach to interview design, candidate experience, and closing.

Ability to partner with founders and leaders to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and structured hiring processes.

Relationship building: You act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

You're organized, data-driven, and able to build systems that scale as the company grows.
