We're looking to hire an expert Technical Recruiter to support the growth of Figma's Engineering organization. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll operate in a full-lifecycle capacity supporting top of funnel strategy to negotiating and closing talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting efforts and processes.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles
Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions
Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent
Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and pipeline metrics
Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to optimally evaluate and execute recruiting strategies
4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering roles
• Proven success sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategies
• Extensive experience and expertise within engineering communities and emerging technical trends
• Prior experience in analytics recruiting

For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
