Job Overview
Role Summary
As a camp counselor, you’ll be a mentor, a hype crew, a role model, and sometimes, the superhero that helps a camper shine for the very first time. You’ll live in a beautiful cabin nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains, caring for campers each session, alongside your co-counselor.

Key Responsibilities
Wake your cabin up with energy and intention—get them dressed, ready, and smiling
Eat breakfast together before they head to specialty; you go to your specialty too
Reunite for lunch, refresh at the cabin, then head into afternoon electives
Lead or co-lead up to3 electives a day, depending on schedule
Fuel up at themed dinners, then rally for epicevening adventures
Help your campers wind down, reflect on their day, and head into sweet dreams
Repeat with joy, curiosity, and care—every single day
High Ropes Course Lead- Prior experience with belay equipment
Water Sports- Lifeguard and or valid CA Boat Driving License
