Part Time Accounting Bookkeeper

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Accounting/Bookkeeper. This position is based in Redding, CA.

Accounting/Bookkeeper Compensation:

• $20 -$22

• Part Time - 20 to 32 hours a week - Tuesday through Saturday

Accounting/Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting REQUIRED
• QuickBooks experience REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required) and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Accounting/Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Maintain vendor files and ensure proper documentation for audits
• Reconcile monthly statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to accounts payable
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
