Machinist - Trainee
Our client, an industry leader in high-speed, oil-free HVAC compressor manufacturing, is seeking a Machinist - Trainee to join their team. As a Machinist - Trainee, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. Shift: 3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday 10:00PM - 6:00AM
Assist in the mass production of oil-free HVAC compressors by following detailed instructions and safety protocols
Participate in component parts preparation and line assembly operations
Learn to program, set up, and operate CNC machines under supervision
Maintain quality standards by inspecting parts and troubleshooting issues
Document production activities and communicate effectively with team members
High school diploma or GED
Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers
Opportunity to gain technical skills in CNC machining and manufacturing
Entry-level position with potential for promotion into CNC Machinist roles
Work in a supportive team environment focused on safety and quality
Consistent schedule with mandatory overtime when needed
