Inside Sales Enrollment Coordinator, Intermediate (Plan Based Enroller)
The Blue Shield of California IFP Direct Sales Team are responsible for assisting clients with plan selection and enrollment with on and off exchange medical, dental and vision products. In this role you will assist with the on-exchange enrollments for the sales agents, Evershield sales retention strategies, administrative sales team support and other duties as assigned or able to complete.

Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team by providing the following phone-based sales support services: Telephonic enrollments, sales incentives, administrative sales support, and outbound Evershield retention efforts.
Ensure applications are complete and accurate before staging into appropriate systems.
Display strong computer aptitude and working knowledge of systems and business processes.
Provide other administrative support as required to accommodate new business needs.
Ability to work under limited supervision and follow direction from management and senior level team members.
Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
