Job Description Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), and Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Kind Heart Hospice and Palliative Care is expanding its dedicated and compassionate team! We are currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide exceptional care to our patients and families in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County, and Los Angeles County.

Mileage reimbursement
Comprehensive training
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
Valid California LVN license
Experience in hospice or palliative care (preferred)
Registered Nurse (RN)
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care, including pain and symptom management
Serve as a case manager, coordinating care among the interdisciplinary team
Valid California RN license
Experience in hospice or palliative care (preferred)
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
