The Sant Group aspires to create an organization that places value on collaboration, innovation, creativity, and inclusivity. Sante is seeking a Consulting Psychiatrist to provide clinical oversight and supervision to the prescribing staff for the First Episode Psychosis Program (FEP).
Provide clinical supervision and oversight of nurse practitioners who provide direct care to FEP participants
Support continuous quality improvement and fidelity to Coordinated Specialty Care principles
Participate in and complete all required training courses
Clinical supervision of prescribing staff as well as fidelity to model.
Doctor of Medicine (MD); Board Certified in Psychiatry and active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland.
Expertise in psychiatric diagnosis and psychopharmacology.
Pay: $140.00 per hour working 10 to 15 hours per month
