Effectively and consistently recruits qualified individuals to meet Summa Health’s staffing needs as part of a centralized talent acquisition team. Collaborates with the talent team and department managers to gain insights to recruitment needs. Manages the recruitment process ensuring the sourcing and hiring of quality talent for Summa Health. Implements consistent processes in order to obtain and on-board talent, ensure compliance and regulatory standards are upheld, as well as provide data related to overall utilization of staff.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience & Training Required:
Two (2) years’ experience in the field of human resources, talent acquisition or related field managing people
Skill in use of computerized packages or ability to acquire such skills to operate application packages used by Human Resources
Passion for helping others
Ability to analyze data and interpret information for decision making purposes
Working knowledge of current Human Resources Laws, Regulations and Guidelines (e.g. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
