Head of Recruiting & HR

Job Title: HR Manager Location: Greeley, CO About the Role We're looking for a well-rounded HR Manager to join our team and become the primary HR representative for the company. This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad HR role with the benefit of a long, structured transition period and hands-on training from our current HR Manager. You'll gain exposure to all areas of HR -- recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, payroll, and more. Over time, you'll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while continuing to partner with leadership to support our people and strengthen our culture. What You'll Do Recruitment & Onboarding - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process. - Employee Relations & Engagement - Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and workplace issues. - Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Compliance & HR Policies - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Assist with the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Performance Management - Assist in coordinating performance review processes, tracking goals, and supporting employee development. - Provide guidance to managers on coaching, feedback, and performance improvement. HR Administration - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. - Payroll Processing - Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time - Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies. - What We're Looking For - 2--5 years of HR experience, ideally in a management role. - Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills -- you enjoy working with people at all levels. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Voluntary life and disability insurance
