Procurement Associate I — Contract (Hybrid, Basking Ridge, NJ) Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Associate I to support their Procurement Operations team. This is a hybrid contract role (1–2 days onsite per week).
Support daily procurement operations and project work
- Clean up and maintain supplier databases; Update office supply user profiles (shipping addresses, cost centers, approvers)
- Review and manage the small business/diversity inbox; invite and register new suppliers on the company portal
- Analyze reports from SAP and supplier management tools to align mismatched data
- 1–3 years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management
- Excellent Excel skills (analysis, organizing, reporting, dashboarding; Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets
- Bachelor's degree
- SAP and P2P/S2P tools experience preferred
