Seeking a Bookkeeper - Contract to Hire opportunity
Monday - Friday - Flexible Hours (7-4 or 8-5)
Your responsibilities will include:
Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Payroll using Paychex for both salaried and hourly employees
Manage cash flow and track expenses
Maintain financial records
Performing administrative functions and answering phones
Customer support
Preferred candidates will have:
5 years of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience
Manufacturing experience a plus
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Experience with QuickBooks Online software
Experience with financial reporting
