Job Responsibilities Develops, implements, and monitors HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Leads recruitment efforts, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Provides guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Oversees benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision plans, tuition assistance, and retirement contributions, ensuring competitive offerings for employees.
