Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Lead Lean Transformation Lead lean and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Identify and execute projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process redesign. Partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams. Drive standardization and best practice implementation.
About Our Client Our client is a well-established manufacturer serving industrial and engineered product markets, with a strong presence in Northeast Ohio. They are investing heavily in process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational scalability.
The Successful Applicant A successful Operations Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or related preferred)
5-10 years in Lean, CI, or operations-focused roles
Experience leading Kaizen events and improvement projects
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Experience in metals, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing
Bonus program (10-15%)
