Head of Finance (Full-Time)

Capistrano Volkswagen is looking for a Finance Manager with a resume rich in experience and a proven track record of winning - winning the hearts of customers and employee alike!About the Company Capistrano Volkswagen is part of the un-dealer group (our sister store is a Mazda store next door) whose vision is to provide an experience like no other auto store, independent or franchised provides.Required Experience/qualifications Two to four years of related experience or training.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent

Other Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend legal documentation, finance and insurance documentation, technical manuals and other collateral related to automobile sales, finance and insurance offerings.

Ability to meet company’s standards for performance, attendance, and customer satisfaction.

Proficient technology skills relating to commonly used programs, devices, and technology within the automotive and accounting sectors.

General Expectations Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers.

Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.

Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.

Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.

Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company's business.

Participate in performance management.

Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.

Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.

Job Specific Expectations: Participate in arranging financing/leasing for consumers.

Provide thorough explanation of F&I Products to customer during the course of transactions.

Communicate with customers through CRM 6 Text Messages, Emails, and Telephonic Communications.

Secured all files in the Business Office by the end of shift.

Compensation Range by Position: The expected pay for this position is $16.90 per hour plus bonus up to $20,000 per month and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
