MIG Welder (Production) - Full Time Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for TIG welding aluminum radiator components and fabricated assemblies that power vehicles around the world. You’ll work with blueprints, precision measurement tools, and welding equipment to produce consistent, high-quality products. TIG weld aluminum radiators, components, and fabricated assemblies to print specifications
Plan work tasks efficiently to meet production deadlines and productivity metrics
Identify and measure material, inspect completed welds, and maintain high quality standards
Keep tools and equipment maintained, and your workspace clean, organized, and safe
Proven TIG welding experience, specifically with aluminum — must successfully pass our onsite timed welding test
Technical school certificate or degree in related field with prolonged job experience
Competence in the safe use of equipment; Recognizes and upholds a high moral quality, takes pride in their work and the company reputation
This is active, hands‑on work. Standing, walking, and working with your hands throughout a full 10‑hour shift
Must successfully pass our extensive welding test prior to starting date
