Full-time, Night Shift RN- Psychiatry

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Provides direct patient care in a behavioral health setting at a proficient level, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Responds to patient care situations utilizing nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
Provides psychiatric nursing to a complex behavioral health patient population in a complex environment.
Handles critical and highly stressful situations, reacting decisively with efficiency and composure.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years‘ experience.

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
