Paralegal - Legal Billing
LHH
LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a respected Nashville law firm. This role supports both litigation and transactional attorneys, with a strong preference for candidates with civil defense litigation experience. Draft, format, and file litigation documents; Assist with discovery, document organization, deposition prep, and trial prep.
Support attorneys with transactional documents, due diligence, and basic research.
Assist with billing processes as the firm transitions toward paralegal billable work.
3+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience, preferably in civil defense litigation.
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office.
Paralegal background or certificate is a plus.
