How you'll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join an established team of 4 Family Practice Physicians, 1 Pediatrician, and 1 Physician Assistant
Guaranteed staffing with a minimum 1:1 Medical Assistant (MA) support ratio.
Extensive onsite ancillary services, including Lab, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram, and CT.
Multiple medical specialists rotate into the building to support the practice.
Payer mix is approximately 50% commercial, 25% Medicaid, and 25% Medicare.
High number of Spanish-speaking patients supported by a significant number of bilingual associates.
Located in an area identified as having high growth potential.
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment.

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
~ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
