We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse & Delivery Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our locations, making sure that supplies are on hand in our warehouse and getting to where they need to go. The Warehouse & Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse inventory, unit deliveries, and related operations.

Warehouse Operations:
Oversee all activities within the warehouse including receiving, storing, packing and delivering.
Ensure stock of supplies for daily operations, including equipment for our various experiences, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, and more
Coordinate delivery of supplies to and from multiple locations, including recurring deliveries as well as event specific needs.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
Work with procurement and other departments to manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.
Janitorial Operations:
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate the procurement process.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Clean Driving Record (Driver's License Required)
Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred
Previous experience in facility management, delivery logistics, or a related field, preferably in an event venue or hospitality setting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Proficiency in using computer software and tools relevant to the role.

8 hour shift
