Position Description
BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
BCBA will regularly review session data with staff and family, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.
BCBA will provide supervision by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
BCBA will consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, or staffing concerns.
BCBAs receive support from their Clinical Manager, including administrative assistance, scheduling help, and general caseload support.
Required Experience and Education
Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations for acceptable behavior interventions.
Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
Capacity to meet rigorous physical demands of the role, including standing, sitting, moving equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs., and engaging with children on the floor as required.
