MORryde is a fast‑paced, opportunity‑driven company that specializes in custom metal fabrication. We supply parts to a wide variety of industries, including recreational vehicles, agriculture, transit buses, medical, trucking, and other industrial markets. As a Process Improvement Engineer at MORryde, you will assess areas for improvement, devise a plan, and execute it to enhance our manufacturing process quality standards. Creating quality documents for our Quality Management System (QMS)

Overseeing inspection of new part releases from start to finish

Verifying quality processes and leading remedial training when needed

Conducting incident and nonconformance reviews, root cause analysis, and championing corrective actions

Collaborating closely with Plant Managers, Engineering, Shop Floor Operations, and the Quality Department

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is preferred

Basic use of measurement equipment

Ability to interpret and read manufacturing prints

Customer focused attitude with the ability to work with a sense of urgency

Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Proactive approach to quality issues
