Do you enjoy finding ways to streamline processes, reduce costs, and ensure sources of supplies needed in support of operations? Procurement is focused on acquiring supplies and services, developing contracts, issuing purchase orders, and more. Reconcile financial transactions
Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate general ledger entries
Communicate with field operators on new and current projects
Work with team members and procurement managers to complete duties as needed
Process quote and order requests from ticketing system (ServiceNOW)
Update asset inventory as orders are invoiced
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Demonstrate expertise in drafting and analyzing mass amounts of financial data, business documents and/or other agreements while assuring compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and contract terms
