~ This position is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Director of Medical Surgical Services and Departments including, but not limited to greeting visitors and answering the telephone; gathering data and compiling various reports for management; conducting projects and assignments; photocopying materials; This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

High School Graduate or equivalent
Excellent typing skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and other Office software required
Minimum of 3 years clerical experience preferred
Non-exempt hourly
