Lead Facility Maintenance Handyman

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and facilities improvements
• Basic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems including pipes, pumps, lights, HVAC, minor plumbing needs, minor electrical needs, and minor structural repairs
• Facility cleaning and ensuring overall facility cleanliness sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, vacuuming, etc. Adhering to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility
• Submit and manage facilities maintenance tickets in computer system
• Act as point person for all maintenance tickets at site(Otsego Greenhouses)
• Maintain adequate spare parts and tool inventories
• Coordinate on-site service by third party companies
• Own the facility, keep it in good running order in accordance with company needs

Ability to perform equipment and machine maintenance

• Knowledge of basic computer and office equipment operations
• Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.

The job is performed indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold environments for extended periods of time with exposure to dust, allergens, and water. Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance after your probationary period
