As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Madison, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Screener at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome personnel and visitors, screen access, verify badges and credentials, monitor entry activity, and communicate concerns to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries entering the technology-focused location in accordance with site policies, escalating prohibited, suspicious, or unauthorized items and activities to appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate screening logs, visitor records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
