Telemetry Hospital RN

TactStaff

The Telemetry Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac monitoring needs, ensuring safety and quality within a hospital setting. This role involves delivering direct patient care, assessing clinical status, and coordinating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Educate patients and their families on health management and procedures.

Document care activities and patient responses in the Meditech EMR system.

Hold a current and valid State RN license.

Have at least 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience.

Be capable of floating to med/surg units based on competency.

Gain experience in a fast-paced, specialized Telemetry environment.
