Your Responsibilities
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

Conduct behavioral assessments

Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Provide parent and caregiver training

Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

Ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements

Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an LBA in North Carolina

Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism preferred

Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills

Reliable transportation for in-home services
