Manufacturing Production Welder - Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble and weld parts or frames according to print specifications and inspect your own work to ensure quality. You'll play an important role in producing high-quality components that support our global customers.

Welding & Assembly: Weld and assemble parts or frames based on print specifications using MIG or TIG welding methods.

Align and clamp materials together using rules, squares, vises, fixtures, or hand tools to ensure accurate fit-up.

Clean parts before welding using wire brushes, grinders, files, or chemical solutions to remove dirt, rust, or excess material.

Grind, cut, buff, or bend workpieces to ensure a tight and precise fit before welding.

Inspection & Rework: Examine completed welds for defects such as cracks or weak joints; repair or rework as needed to meet quality standards.

Self-Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of your own work to ensure it meets all quality and safety requirements.

Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding processes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This position may require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a production environment where protective equipment is required.

Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as needed.
