Responsibilities Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

Qualifications Current Texas Registered Nurse License is required.

Active nursing license in good standing (required)

Six (6) months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)

Home health experience (preferred)
