Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is expanding its contractor network and seeking experienced General Handyman Technicians, Property Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Technicians, Residential Repair Specialists, and Skilled Independent Contractors to provide professional repair and maintenance services throughout the Orlando, Florida area.

Contractors will complete a wide range of property maintenance, handyman repairs, HVAC services, troubleshooting, and improvement projects for residential and commercial properties.

Perform residential and commercial service calls

Contractor Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in handyman, maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related trades preferred
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upload job photos and complete digital work orders
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Orlando, FL
