Evening Custodian/Housekeeper

CustodianPerforms all custodial related duties to maintain a safe and clean facility, including interior and exterior grounds. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination required.Complete all scheduled custodial duties in accordance with custodian cleaning checklist.Clean floors, hallways and common areas including vacuuming, buffing, and waxing floors.Prepares vacant units for re-occupancy as scheduled.Assembles and arranges furniture as needed.dusts and polishes furniture.Cleans and maintains office areas.Assists with minor maintenance and building repairs.High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience or work history with the ability and desire to learn building custodial services. Experience with buffing and other cleaning equipment a must. Must communicate appropriately with peers and management and to exhibit patience and understanding towards the client population being served.
