Head of Project Management (Remote)

Overview Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking 2 PMs to join one of their Orange County Studios. The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects — while the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA.

Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available

Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred

Key responsibilities Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration

Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination

Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities

Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination

Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables

What you bring 10+ years of Project Management experience within Architecture

Background in multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or amenity-focused projects preffered

Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building systems
