Join our team as a Travel RN-Home Health in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive home health services, focusing on personalized patient care and support. The team is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring they receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.
As a Travel RN-Home Health, you will need an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent experience in home health settings. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management.
